    Um-Helat... sounds a lot like Lem's Nazi Germany with the "ethics of kitsch"...or Giovanni Gentile's "Ethical" State.

    I see "State ethics" as a problem as deep as one having a State religion (theocracy). if there is an "ethic"... it must be one of guaranteeing "negative liberty" (therefore LIMITING the State and preventing fascistic Absolute Positivism/ totalitarianism in communal projects)
