Ah... Zinn's People's History of the United States. Nothing beats teaching the Victim perspective over the Victor perspective. There can be no meden agan... it' either one pole or the other.
As for "settler colonialism", why not only teach the histories of autochthonous peoples? Isn't the Iliad such a tale told from the perspective of the Mermidons and their leader, Achilles?
