Belgium: National Nuclear deterrence decentralisation, Neoliberal style

The Belgian G'ment has taken the almost unprecedented step of decentralising its nuclear umbrella by making the consumer pay for what it uses. Ready-to-install missile silo modules are available to familis that care about personal safety and its relation to personal responsability.

Below our Duke Nukem SMART v1.06.

The usual suspects have been bleating on about safety, 'fail safe', neighbourly vendettas (yawn) and such like but seem unaware of the incoming detection module, a veritable supercomputer in its own right. Below is our EagleEye SMART v1.0 (boy, does that baby pack some higher order, multiple variable differential equation systems!)

And those who can't afford their own silos, tough shit, should have grifted harder, should't ya! It's the price you pay for not caring about your own blood...
